«صدقة جارية» خدمة على واتساب تتيح للعائلات إنشاء صدقة جارية باسم شخص متوفى، وتتيح لأي شخص قراءة صفحة من المصحف أو ذكر أو دعاء له. تُدار الخدمة من قبل النقرات الرقمية للتصميم.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- المشتركون: رقم واتساب، والرسائل التي ترسلها إلى البوت (مثل رمز الاشتراك والأزرار التي تضغطها)، وعدد التفاعلات.
- العائلات المشترية: الاسم، ورقم واتساب، واسم المتوفى وجنسه، وسطر الإهداء الاختياري.
كيف نستخدمها
- للرد على رسائلك وإرسال المحتوى الذي تطلبه.
- لعدّ التفاعلات وعرضها للعائلة كأرقام إجمالية فقط. لا تظهر أرقام المشتركين للعائلة.
- لإرسال تأكيد الطلب والتقرير الشهري إلى العائلة المشترية.
لا نرسل للمشتركين أي رسالة لم يطلبوها، ولا نبيع البيانات ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات.
مع من نشاركها
نستخدم مزودي خدمة لتشغيل البوت فقط: Meta (واتساب) لإرسال الرسائل واستقبالها، وSupabase لتخزين قاعدة البيانات، وRailway لاستضافة الخدمة.
مدة الاحتفاظ والحذف
نحتفظ بالبيانات ما دامت الصدقة الجارية فعّالة. لإيقاف الرسائل أرسل «إيقاف» إلى البوت. ولحذف بياناتك راسلنا على info@sadaqa-jariyaa.com من رقمك أو مع ذكره، وسنحذفها خلال 30 يومًا.

Sadaqah Jariyah (صدقة جارية) is a WhatsApp service that lets families set up an ongoing charity in the name of a deceased person, and lets anyone read a page of the Quran, a dhikr or a dua for them. The service is operated by Al Naqarat Al Raqamiyya Lil Tasmim.
Data we collect
- Subscribers: WhatsApp number, the messages you send to the bot (such as the subscription code and the buttons you tap), and interaction counts.
- Buying families: name, WhatsApp number, the deceased person's name and gender, and an optional dedication line.
How we use it
- To reply to your messages and send the content you request.
- To count interactions and show them to the family as totals only. Subscribers' numbers are never shown to the family.
- To send the order confirmation and monthly report to the buying family.
We never send subscribers a message they did not request. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the providers needed to run the bot: Meta (WhatsApp) to send and receive messages, Supabase to store the database, and Railway to host the service.
Retention and deletion
We keep data while the charity is active. To stop messages, send "STOP" to the bot. To have your data deleted, email info@sadaqa-jariyaa.com from or mentioning your WhatsApp number, and we will delete it within 30 days.
